About The Position

Neonatologist Opportunity – Albuquerque, New Mexico Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join our well-established and highly regarded practice at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, collaborative environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life. Practice Highlights: 60-bed Level III/IV NICU with approximately 800 annual admissions and an average daily census of 48 12-hour shifts with in-house overnight call Dedicated 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage Comprehensive subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery, pediatric cardiology, and New Mexico’s only pediatric cardiothoracic surgery program Teaching opportunities with NNP students, residents, and medical students, as well as outreach opportunities throughout the state A collegial environment that welcomes new graduates and fellows About Albuquerque: Known as the Land of Enchantment, Albuquerque is nestled at the base of the Sandia Mountains and offers a unique blend of cultural diversity, natural beauty, and rich history.
