About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialized care for newborns in a supportive, family-centered environment, including couplet care when appropriate to promote bonding and continuity of care.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate families and support staff on neonatal care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: $346,920
- Commencement Bonus: $70,000
- Longevity Bonus: $30,000 after Year 3
- Moving Allowance: $15,000
