Key responsibilities of the role Your North Star: Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our NICU patients and their families. For families navigating the complexities of a NICU stay and the critical transition home, you are their expert clinical guide and reassuring presence. As a NICU/Perinatal Nurse at Pomelo, you will leverage your deep clinical expertise to provide a layer of virtual support to supplement the in-person care of both the birthing parent and their NICU baby. You will do more than just answer questions; you will actively teach, assess, triage, and intervene to build parent confidence and prevent complications. This role is a unique opportunity to use your NICU nursing skills in a flexible, impactful way, helping to ensure the safest possible transition from hospital to home for our most vulnerable patients. We are currently hiring for the following FT Daytime hours: M-F 9am-6pm EST with a rotating weekend requirement. Please note that holiday coverage is also expected on a rotating basis.
