Role Overview As our Negotiations Paralegal, you'll be pivotal during the post-medical treatment phase of our cases. This role demands a blend of empathy, negotiation skills, and legal expertise to successfully guide clients through their settlements. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled client service and achieving exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years handling personal injury matters in a law firm or insurance environment. Equivalent combinations of paralegal and bodily injury claims experience are welcome.
  • At least 2+ years managing pre-litigation negotiations, including drafting demand packages, evaluating damages, and settling bodily injury claims.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiation with carriers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to our significant Spanish-speaking client base. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Craft and approve effective demand strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements, aiming for the best outcome for each client.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, adjusters, and legal professionals.
