Perform inspections to customer requirements and technical procedures. Perform evaluation of test results and provide acceptance/rejection disposition. Perform inspections to customer requirements and technical procedures. Perform evaluation of test results and provide acceptance/rejection disposition.

Requirements

  • HS diploma / GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Current or recent certifications to NAS 410 Level 2 in the Ultrasonic NDT method, with familiarization of both pulse echo and through transmission techniques
  • Composites structure evaluation knowledge
  • Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel and ability to read blue prints is highly preferred
  • Candidate to successfully pass internal examination within 45 days
  • Participate in mandatory FAA Drug Test program

Nice To Haves

  • Current or recent certifications to NAS 410,Penetrant ,Radiographic,and Eddy Current NDT methods
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside STE (regulatory agencies)

  • Collaborate with Level 3 in the creation of technique sheets
  • Maintenance of equipment and calibration
  • Control of Safety related equipment
  • Comply with all safety and PPE requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to support production
