Requirements

  • 3–6 years in logistics or operations support
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Deep understanding of last-mile operations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with customers and ops teams
  • Excel Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed for coverage
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with emphasis on accountability and performance improvement

Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated or complex operational issues
  • Interface with field operations, carriers, and customers
  • Support customer specific workflows and TMS applications
  • Assist supervisors during surge events
  • Mentor Tier 1 Specialists
  • Support root-cause analysis efforts
