About The Position
Tier 2 Specialists handle complex exceptions, escalations, and high-impact customer issues that require deeper operational knowledge.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in logistics or operations support
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Deep understanding of last-mile operations
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with customers and ops teams
- Excel Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed for coverage
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with emphasis on accountability and performance improvement
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated or complex operational issues
- Interface with field operations, carriers, and customers
- Support customer specific workflows and TMS applications
- Assist supervisors during surge events
- Mentor Tier 1 Specialists
- Support root-cause analysis efforts
