Tier 1 Specialists are the front line of NCOS (National Customer Operations Support)—handling inbound customer inquiries, monitoring exceptions, and resolving standard operational issues.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in customer service or operations support
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Excel
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed for coverage
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with emphasis on accountability and performance improvement

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and system alerts
  • Resolve standard delivery, routing, and service issues
  • Update customer and internal systems in real time
  • Follow SOPs and escalation guidelines
  • Provide professional, calm customer communication
  • Identify repeat issues and flag trends
