About The Position

Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team is undergoing a transformation, and they are seeking an nCino/Salesforce Application Lead. This role is crucial for contributing to the success of the Zions team by focusing on Solution Architecture & Design, Leadership & Team Management, Program Management, and Stakeholder Engagement. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture
  • Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending)
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
  • Experience in leading technical teams
  • People management and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect)
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
