About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Assist with setting structural steel, precast, and heavy iron components Operate cranes to hoist & move structural steel and other heavy materials Work closly with Iron Workers, Riggers, and Signal Persons to complete lifts safely Inspect cranes daily and ensure equipment is in proper working order Set up, tear down, and transport cranes Follow all OSHA and site specific safety procedures Perform maintenance checks Report any mechanical issues
Requirements
- Valid NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Experience setting structural steel or working with iron crews
- Lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
