About The Position

Naval Projects Schedule Manager The Opportunity: As a Naval Projects Scheduler Manager, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project schedule manager who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational program schedules in support of advanced Navy mission systems. You’ll work with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and fully manage and consolidate integrated master schedules (IMS). You’ll create schedules and briefs and help with program planning, using resources like MS Project, MS Planner, and MS Office and GOV program digital tools. You will facilitate and conduct regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts (SME), customers, schedulers, and all applicable stakeholders to develop and manage robust, intuitive, and functional products for our clients. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in a military acquisition environment for ACAT-3 or greater DoW systems
  • Knowledge of formal programmatic scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Ability to work and deliver products in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and lead senior level briefings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project schedule management, or 5+ years of experience in project schedule management in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience developing IMS with Navy ships, submarines, unmanned systems, or ACAT-1 projects
  • Knowledge of unmanned and undersea systems
  • Knowledge of Schedule development with systems like JIRA or other GOV managed networks
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • PMP certification
