Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC FEDERAL CYBER, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (IW/Training) to support our Naval Information Warfighting Development Center in Norfolk, VA. This role will provide Afloat Integration and Exercise training support.

Requirements

  • BA degree in a relevant subject matter or 8+ years of IW experience with 2 years in doctrine/training support.
  • Expertise in training course scheduling and understanding of Navy doctrine/TTPs process.
  • Exceptional computer skills in document/manual development, power point, spreadsheet production and briefing materials.
  • Excellent Knowledge and understanding of afloat IW operations during CSG, ESG and SAG operations written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience in exercise planning and execution including tabletop and digital wargaming.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination with IWC Lead, resolving and updating IWC scheduling conflicts, new requirements, and standard tracking of completions. Develop and update IWC/IWC staff training tracker that validate training completion, aligned by SGTTC.
  • Create and develop IWC/IWC staff training requirements across CSG, ARG and SAG personnel. Assess updates to existing and new doctrine/TTP's to align with IWC/IWC staff billets. Ability to understand CWC construct at the TLW level and formulate requirements for IW staff functions across all CSG, ARG and SAG staffing.
  • Interact with customer staff and Mission Area Departments (MADs) SMEs to understand mission area integration points to meet IWC functions. Works to integrate Afloat IWC concept into NAVY doctrine and adapt into different publications and TTPs.
  • Participate in weekly staff planning meetings, provide products and documents to support IWC/IWC staff training, as required. Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops regarding current and future IWC development, integration and training requirements.
