What you will do… Work outside in some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio; Perform customer service functions with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and safety; Act as lead maintenance worker for utilizing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment operation skills; Maintain facilities, grounds, &/or equipment; Maintain a variety of park equipment and vehicles; Interact daily with a variety of customers who utilize the park & watercraft facilities; Starting hourly pay $22.60/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $25.77/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. Requirements

• 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in safety practices
• 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in use of shop, hand & power tools & light equipment
• 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in carpentry, electrical repair & plumbing
• 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in equipment operation, maintenance & repair (e.g., tractors with attachments)
• valid class A commercial driver's license without restrictions
• Or 6 mos. exp. as Natural Resources Technician 2, 22622
• valid class A commercial driver's license without restrictions
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
