About The Position

The National Vice President, Jumbo & Enterprise Employer Sales (referred to as Senior Director in the job overview) is a senior-level leader responsible for shaping and executing Omada’s national new business growth strategy within the largest and most complex employer segments, specifically Fortune 500 and large enterprise employers. This role leads a strategic sales team accountable for driving revenue through the entire enterprise acquisition lifecycle, from pipeline development to contracting. As a department leader within the Employer Sales function, this position translates broad business goals into clear enterprise sales priorities and operating plans, ensuring consistent execution, operational excellence, and market impact across a high-performing team. The National Vice President actively partners with executive leadership to advise on long-range strategic direction, inform product and marketing alignment, and represent Omada externally with employers, health plans, PBMs, and national consulting firms.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years’ experience leading enterprise sales or business development teams within healthcare, digital health, or benefits ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-suite executives at Fortune 500 employer accounts and national consulting firms.
  • Deep understanding of employer benefits strategy, purchasing frameworks, and health plan distribution networks.
  • Strong strategic and analytical acumen able to balance long-term planning with operational execution.
  • Track record of leading teams to deliver consistent quota overachievement.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • BA/BS required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the national new business team for Jumbo and Enterprise employer growth, achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Translate Omada’s strategic direction into actionable enterprise sales plans, pipeline priorities, and defined operational metrics.
  • Build Omada’s prominence and credibility among national consultants, PBMs, and health plan partners.
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategies and provide business intelligence to influence broader commercial strategy and expansion opportunities.
  • Oversee enterprise sales forecasting, compensation design, territory/advisor planning, and ensure pipeline integrity and operational rigor.
  • Serve as a senior voice of the customer, representing enterprise client insights to refine Omada’s Go-To-Market strategy, product strategy, and competitive roadmap.
  • Continually elevate sales skills, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the team to drive predictability and results, championing innovation in sales process design and incentive structures.
  • Provide decisive leadership and strategic direction when navigating complex negotiations, ambiguous deal structures, or evolving market conditions.
  • Partner with other department and function leaders (marketing, channel sales, clinical, and product) to ensure strategic alignment and organizational success.
  • Represent Omada externally with C-suite stakeholders at national employers, consultants, and health plans, cultivating trust-based partnerships.
  • Lead and develop a team of exceptional sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, growth, and mutual respect.
  • Invest in people’s development, mentoring future leaders.
