About The Position

SUMMARY: The Director of Banking will oversee the day-to-day operations, service delivery, risk oversight, and compliance management for the National Title Solutions (NTS) division. This role is responsible for leading a team that supports the full client lifecycle -- from onboarding to ongoing account management -- ensuring operational excellence, adherence to regulatory standards, and alignment with the strategic growth of the NTS platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in banking operations, deposit management, or cash management functions, coupled with strong leadership, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. Lead, mentor, and manage teams across operations, client support, and service delivery. Develop and maintain scalable operational frameworks to support rapid growth within the NTS business Partner closely with the Director of Sales, Director of Partnerships, and Product/Technology teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client experiences. Establish and manage key performance metrics (SLA's turnaround times, error rates, and customer satisfaction). Oversee all risk and control functions related to deposit account onboarding, maintenance, and transactional activity. Partner with BSA/AML, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy standards. Own issue identification, escalation, and remediation processes for the NTS portfolio. Maintain and enhance process documentation, control testing, and audit readiness. Oversee daily client service operations, ensuring prompt and professional handling of inquiries, escalations, and requests. Continuously evaluate process improvements to enhance the client and internal partner experience. Serve as a key escalation point for strategic clients and internal stakeholders. Drive innovation through automation, workflow management, and data analytics. Participate in the design and implementation of new deposit products, technologies, and operational enhancements tailored to the title and escrow industry. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within NTS. Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university required
  • 10+ Years in banking operations or commercial banking support functions required
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams (operations, service, risk, and compliance)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly as they relate to deposit and escrow operations.
  • Collaborative and strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, client experience, and operational discipline.
