About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert within the US Technical Services team, managing specific product lines and ensuring high-quality support. You will lead technical troubleshooting and provide critical issue support, all while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing service metrics, and supporting the launch of new products in the medical technology space. This position emphasizes collaboration across various departments to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering/Electronics/Computers/Biological Sciences.
  • 7-10 years of experience in engineering, applications, or system design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in technical troubleshooting.
  • Well versed in Electronic Theory and Mechanical Theory.
  • Experience with LIS, SQL, and medical devices.
  • Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead resolution of US Regional technical issues, collaborating multi-functionally to coordinate responses.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop service team associates to adhere to performance standards.
  • Supervise operational performance metrics of assigned product lines.
  • Complete projects focused on improving service efficiencies and reducing variability.
  • Perform Field Service Engineer duties to support customers as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with internal partners to share updates and identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in new product launch teams to provide guidance on product accessibility and serviceability.
  • Provide Tier III level support and lead certified product training.
