About The Position

The National Security Space (NSS) Stakeholder Engagement Representative is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, and managing NSS stakeholder engagement initiatives, to enhance the overall employee experience across all the NSS sites. This position will be located in Herndon, VA and may require travel to other NSS site locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead NSS and site-wide employee engagement activities across the Herndon campus and surrounding locations, partnering with local executive leadership to support site-specific events and initiatives Support classified engagement activities, including maintaining NSS classified SharePoint site, and supporting development of the Classified Quarterly Newsletter and classified Mission Highlights in collaboration with partner organizations Plan, coordinate and manage the NSS Quarterly Awards program, ensuring continuous recognition of NSS employees Foster open communication and connection amongst the Herndon site and the NSS Stakeholder Engagement team to collaborate on initiatives and enhance local employee experience Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, promoting a cohesive and positive work culture Implement feedback, taking action to address employee concerns and improve the work environment Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of SkE initiatives This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

Experience in event planning and coordination
Proficiency in using project management and communication tools
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly
U.S. Citizenship is required
