Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. The National Sales Training Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence in Renewal by Andersen’s new hire training programs. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the training department—managing logistics, reporting, and communication to create a world-class onboarding and continuous development experience for Design Consultants (DCs). The Training Coordinator ensures each training session is properly staffed, maintains consistent delivery standards, and tracks performance data to improve training effectiveness and market-level success rates. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
