Develop territory plans and coach reps for success. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities. Ensure CRM adoption and continuous training. Recruit, onboard, and develop sales leaders while driving accountability and performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales management experience with proven results.
  • Experience selling non-tangible, consultative solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Expertise in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Ability to travel extensively (80%).

  • Experience in construction/manufacturing and CRM proficiency.
