Your Opportunity: Taylor DM Brands , a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Account Manager to work out of our Pompano Beach office. This person will lead and grow strategic client relationships across the country - driving revenue, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional customer experien ce in the b randed apparel and merchandise space. The ideal candidate combines strong sales exp ertise with deep knowledge of the promotional products industry and an ability to manage complex accounts at a national level.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales of branded apparel and promotional merchandise, including hard goods
  • 3-5 years of e xperience managing multi-line reps or mentoring jr. sellers
  • S trong understanding of branded merchandise, apparel decoration techniques (embroidery, screen printing, DTG, etc.), and product sourcing
  • Strong understanding of customer purchasing behaviors related to souvenir apparel, corporate uniforms, and destination merchandise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as neede d

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across new markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product development, production, finance and logistics ) to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights, recommendations, and reporting on account performance
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to drive innovation and sales strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote products and services
  • Manage a team of 6 multi-line reps
