Requirements

Experience as a retail mortgage sales leader with a history of market expansion
Strong recruiting background and established network of LOs and branch managers
Proven track record opening new markets and scaling teams
Confident communicator who earns trust quickly
Strategic thinker who thrives in a growth-driven environment
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence outcomes

Responsibilities

Build and expand our retail footprint nationwide , opening new branches in strategic markets
Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing loan officers and branch teams
Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth targets and market penetration strategies
Identify emerging markets, competitive opportunities, and expansion-worthy territories
Drive a culture of high performance, communication, and accountability
Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding and sustained production
