KBTX Media is seeking an organized, meticulously detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our national and regional sales accounts. Responsibilities include assisting the National Sales Manager and local Media Executives, as well as serving as a backup for all account traffic instructions. This position will also assist with account management, including order entry, order management, post-buy analysis, client communication, and follow-up, along with all other duties associated with account management. The ideal candidate will be trained for the position but must possess the following characteristics: positive attitude, self-motivation, professional appearance, excellent communication and time management skills, ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines, and work well within a team.
