In this role, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates for our branch and leadership positions. You'll partner closely with senior leaders and regional teams to forecast future needs and ensure we always have a strong bench of qualified, culture-aligned leaders ready to step in. Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting sales and leadership level talent, preferably in a multi-location or national setting.
  • Strong background in passive sourcing, you know how to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for building teams and contributing to a company culture that puts people first.
