The National Recruiter will be responsible for posting job ads, sourcing, candidate selection, interviewing, screening and hiring for all onsite and field positions in assigned regions. This role is critical in selecting candidates with strong applicable skillsets, who have long-term growth potential and who fit seamlessly in with the Weidner culture. Partnership with Weidner's leaders is critical in understanding the positions, properties and specific hiring needs. This role requires travel to the regions periodically and when assisting with other recruiting events. A successful National Recruiter is able to manage their time effectively, is detail oriented, a trustworthy team player, and takes pride in their work. In addition, this position needs to be accountable and attentive to provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents, associates and vendors.
