Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A sales-minded, goal-driven professional motivated by results and competition.
- Experience in inside sales, recruiting, or other performance-based roles is a plus—but passion and drive matter most.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency and a quick learner for new systems.
- Adaptable, confident, and able to maintain positivity under pressure.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our Orlando office.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place skilled nurses on nationwide travel assignments.
- Exceed individual performance metrics and weekly goals while driving results.
- Build meaningful relationships with nurses by understanding their career priorities and motivations.
- Present and negotiate compensation, housing stipends, reimbursements, and contract terms.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth offers, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Stay connected with nurses throughout their assignments to support retention and future placements.
