Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A sales-minded, goal-driven professional motivated by results and competition.
  • Experience in inside sales, recruiting, or other performance-based roles is a plus—but passion and drive matter most.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency and a quick learner for new systems.
  • Adaptable, confident, and able to maintain positivity under pressure.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of our Orlando office.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and place skilled nurses on nationwide travel assignments.
  • Exceed individual performance metrics and weekly goals while driving results.
  • Build meaningful relationships with nurses by understanding their career priorities and motivations.
  • Present and negotiate compensation, housing stipends, reimbursements, and contract terms.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth offers, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay connected with nurses throughout their assignments to support retention and future placements.
