National Program Manager - Branch Refresh

About The Position

Join our dynamic team in the Consumer Bank Distribution Network working with Retail Real Estate professionals. As a National Program Manager on the Branch Refresh Team, you will support branch renovation work and develop standardized and scalable processes to execute branch retrofit programs in the market. You will collaborate with key partners within Real Estate, Facilities Management, Finance and the Retail line of business to retain a cohesive environment and appropriately program manage all initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience working on program management or related activities within a large-scale organization
  • Strong inquisitive attitude and ability to problem solve through qualitative reasoning both independently and through collaboration with business partners
  • Highly effective organizational and program management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, initiative-taking with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations, and businesses.
  • Strong oral and written executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for owning actions
  • Role will require travel nationally as needed, approximately 25%, subject to change as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

  • Support, direct, and monitor activities for branch retrofit and renovation programs. The program manager will collaborate with their counterparts in the Real Estate Program Office to see that all programs are approached consistently across the country, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Assist in resolving issues, as escalated, and ensure all key stakeholders are informed.
  • Develop process documentation, internal control procedures, and tools for Retail Real Estate program activities
  • Partner with Senior Program Managers to create a detailed process and communication strategy across impacted lines of business.
  • Provide regular reporting to the business and senior leaders to ensure all stakeholders are aware of the activities needed to move the programs forward
