About The Position
The National Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing performance of assigned markets, communities, and properties. This role focuses on ensuring the expedient lease-up of new communities within the national portfolio, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as target occupancy rates and leasing goals. The agent must navigate leasing activities in both licensed and unlicensed states, delegating licensed activities appropriately.
