To learn more about Corporate Traveler please click HERE About The Opportunity The National Director of Sales Training will lead global implementation of the Winning by Design sales methodology, designing scalable training programs for SDRs and AEs to improve performance and drive consistent revenue growth. This role combines hands-on training development, cross-functional collaboration, and individual quota-carrying to stay grounded in the sales process. With a focus on onboarding, upskilling, and methodology adoption, the position is key to building a high-performing, continuously evolving sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B senior sales role
  • 1+ years' experience managing a sales team
  • 1+ years' experience training B2B sales in a Go-To-Market environment
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement
  • Experience hiring and training in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership and adaptability with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and teams
  • Analytical and data-driven

Responsibilities

  • Design and create comprehensive sales training programs for new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and new Account Executives (AEs)
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with Sales Strategies, Ramp time goals and sales targets.
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with Sales Methodologies.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops that are interactive, motivating and tailored to individual position (SDR or AE) ramp goals. These trainings can be run by Subject Matter Experts within the business, Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement or Sales Training Specialist.
  • Proactively monitor reps by Keep Performance Indicators (KPIs) & work alongside sales leaders to develop reps individually based on perceived gaps.
  • Regular check-ins, supporting sales leaders in development to Account Executives (AEs), creating a framework & competency tracker for when Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are ready to become Account Executives (AEs)
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Sales Enablement Manager to strategically design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales methodologies that can be seamlessly integrated across the entire Sales Department. This will involve working cross-functionally to assess current sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create standardized, scalable approaches that align with the company's strategic sales objectives and support consistent performance enhancement
