About The Position

National Business Development Director – Healthcare Solutions | Leadership Role A leading provider of healthcare management and clinical services is seeking a National Business Development Director to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across the United States. This senior-level role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in healthcare business development, particularly in scaling operations, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in a complex, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in working with large healthcare organizations, payors, and providers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth Leadership Develop and execute national business development strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify and secure large-scale partnerships with healthcare systems, senior living organizations, and physician groups. Lead market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within healthcare delivery, telemedicine, and staffing solutions. Client & Partner Engagement Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and corporate healthcare networks. Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements that drive organizational growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with clinical operations, legal, and marketing teams. Act as a key spokesperson for the company in national conferences, events, and client meetings. Leadership & Team Development Oversee and mentor a national team of business development managers. Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results. Qualifications Proven experience (8+ years) in senior business development or sales leadership roles within healthcare services, medical staffing, or clinical management organizations. Exceptional understanding of healthcare delivery systems, physician staffing models, and payor/provider dynamics. Strong track record of securing multi-million-dollar partnerships with large healthcare organizations. Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
