National Deputy Director for Program Position Overview The Deputy Director for Programming is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling Battleground Alliance’s national field programming across priority congressional districts. Reporting directly to the National Field Director, this role leads program development, training, and field materials while ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate excels at developing frameworks that turn big goals into programs that others can run successfully. They design ambitious programs with real-world constraints in mind, and design materials and trainings that are easy to adapt across contexts. The Deputy Director for Programming works closely with the data and communications teams to translate strategy into executable, persuasive, and data-informed field programs.
