About The Position

The National Career Services Coordinator will ensure compliance with all Career Services policies and procedures across the Lincoln Tech system, including the training and development of campus Career Services staff. This position will be responsible for managing the results for a variety of projects. An integral part of the Career Services Corporate Team, you will assist with key projects and be responsible for the direction and timely delivery of projects. This will be a hybrid role based in Parsippany NJ.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a business or educational environment
Effective Communication and time management skills. Strong attention to detail
Ability to interpret key statistics related to Career Services
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, functional knowledge of social media

Responsibilities

Oversee third party verifier activities and respond to recommendations from auditors
Assist with placement and waiver documentation reviews to ensure all processes and policies are met when requested
Identify compliance concerns in documents and other procedures, communicate results and monitor campus performance in resolving issues
Under the direction of VP Carer Services, oversee various Career Services projects
Train new staff on all Career Services resources, ensure complete understanding of product, tools and regulations
Develop and update Career Services marketing materials
Assist with development and revisions to the Lincoln Tech Learning site
Work with the Career Services team to enhance professional development and student success resources
Tracking results, deadlines & outcomes and providing updates as requested
