We are in search of a National Accounts Support Specialist to join our dynamic team of Fivers. This role involves providing all ancillary administrative support activities, communicating with suppliers and operations teams, and performing a variety of administrative tasks including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, word processing, AP management, creating/maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and filing.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various internal teams to create/maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the operators and ancillary teams to coordinate events.
  • Track down information needed to move projects along in a timely fashion.
  • Answer emails and direct to the appropriate department.
  • Provide new property account information to operators and set up supplier accounts for properties.
  • Assist operators with national accounts setup processes and training.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Three or more years of experience in a professional office environment is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience in property management is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; expert level certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management effectively and sensitively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency.
