National Accounts Manager Position Overview Siemens is seeking a National Accounts Manager to provide regional and local sales analytics and governance to ensure PSS/BU strategies are being implemented in the field (Market Builder, BU Programs, BU Product Promotions, POD, etc.). Partner with Regional Management in the development of strategic business plans (LRBP) to support profitable market share and sales growth objectives. National Accounts Manager This position will be remote in the continental US. Role Description * Drive distributor accountability for Siemens Program requirements (Market Builder, POD, Tiered Pricing Policy, Switch Program, ADA, etc.). * Evaluate regional market share to fill white-spaces by market; propose gap-filling alternatives, supported with data analysis (Start/Stop/Continue/Replace Analysis) * Communicate and support sales and margin improvement strategies where required based on Regional Sales, Rebate, Drop Shipping, and other Dashboard reporting. * Manage strategic balance of price and margin for the Region: Strong working relationships to support this within the BU…Product Management, Pricing, Customer Support, MAP (establish auto-approval levels in COMPAS), Finance, Executive Management, and CM&D. * Manage the annual Marcom Promotional Funding Budget and resources and allocate them within budget to support the aligned channel partner marketing strategies. * Manage the Co-Op Program and Process to allocate these Promotional Funds to the field. * Full ownership of regional investments (DIP's, Customer Investments, and Promotional Funding) with the regional customer/distributor base. Full accountability to business unit P&L for return on investments. * Provide sales and distributors with cross-selling and gap fill analysis to drive adoption of additional product categories (IE: selling CP where we already have Switch and Breaker business) * Implement Regional Channel Strategy, provide intel to business, analyzing competitive/market data, make recommendations regarding product performance, pricing, marketing programs, and distribution programs. * Ensure input is provided at Monthly S&OP Meetings (forecast, distributor additions, large spike orders, etc.) * Facilitate the DSE Council and DSE Initiatives. You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications * BA/BS (Engineering, Business, Marketing- other fields will be considered). * 5+ years of experience in sales in the above-mentioned industrial market OR 7+ years of experience in sales in the above-mentioned industrial market * Ability to travel 5-10% of the time. * Web Focus report writing and general reporting knowledge is critical and must be proficient with complex spreadsheets and Tableau. * Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Preferred Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing of (industrial/construction) products. * 5+ years of experience with electrical products. The pay range for this position is $73,500.00 - $153,720.00 and is eligible for Sales Incentive.
