This full-time, benefitted position, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible for managing and growing key national accounts across commercial and industrial industries.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct or related industry sales or technical experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Audio, Networking, Communications, or Telephony industries.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Occasionally non-standard work hours are required for meetings and other industry events.
  • Able to understand and effectively communicate technical information to channel stakeholders including sales, management, installation, service, engineering staff as well as to local fire officials.
  • Strong software skills MS Office, Salesforce, and Potter developed software products.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
  • Independently manage a national sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and recommend impactful sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with established customers while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage travel and entertainment budgets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
