This is a remote role focused on the upper Midwest and Northeast markets. The Director National Accounts - Climate is the Smart Care leader for our key customers, requiring preventive maintenance, reactive service and project work on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, primarily in the grocery, club warehouse and retail segments. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing business opportunities while also ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth post-sale. The Director National Accounts will build strategic, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships across customer organizations, driving business by understanding customer needs and aligning Smart Care’s solutions accordingly. This role excels at proactive communication with internal departments and external customers and works cross-functionally across Smart Care and its affiliate companies to ensure customer issues are being addressed and new opportunities are successfully capitalized upon. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, problem-solving and time management skills, and a track record of consistent results that exceed expectations. Candidates should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customers.
