About The Position

Wise Foods is seeking a National Account Sr. Manager to lead and oversee the national strategy for sales, retention, and growth of the company's Walmart & Target accounts, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and sustainable profitability. Establish and maintain high-level business relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen long-term partnerships and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with corporate policies, market trends, and organizational goals, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement in all commercial processes. Monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities for optimization, and foster collaboration across departments to guarantee the consistent delivery of value to clients and the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, account management, negation, and sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Strategy:
  • Lead and MAXIMIZE the national sales, retention, and growth strategy for Walmart & Target to ensure profitability and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of Walmart & Target to drive growth and retention.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives and market trends
  • Manage Key Client Relationships:
  • Manage and NURTURE relationships with Walmart & Target to ensure high satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive sustainable long-term business growth.
  • Establish regular communication channels with Walmart & Target to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain client trust and service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to expand the business relationship.
  • Monitor Commercial Performance:
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Walmart & Target to ensure sustained profitability, optimize revenue growth, and align with strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
