About The Position

The National Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing ProBLD’s top national builder accounts. This role serves as the bridge between national procurement teams and regional field operations, ensuring consistent pricing, strong service delivery, and disciplined performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing national or regional construction-related accounts.
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of builder procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned National Builders.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive annual GP and revenue growth.
  • Maintain national pricing strategies and oversee bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with Regional offices and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Attend national builder summits, performance reviews, and corporate meetings.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Provide quarterly account performance reviews to leadership.
  • Ensure accurate scope validation, job costing, and competitive quoting.
  • Consistently work on market penetration and grow market share within the Builder’s operating areas.
  • Implement new lines of business
