About The Position

We also have a concrete floor coatings division. We are seeking a high-energy, aggressive, and career-driven National Account Representative to join our Boston-based team. This is a developmental sales position specifically designed to groom the next generation of sales leaders. In this role, you will act as a vital support engine for the Vice President of National Accounts, focusing on the growth and management of major client relationships across the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont territories. This is a defined career path—we aren't just looking for a hire; we are looking for a future executive.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management is required
  • Must show positive achievement in school and work history
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs is required
  • Solid mathematical skills are a must
  • Individual must be highly detail-oriented
  • Familiarity and experience with lead nurturing and lead generation
  • Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • No prior sales experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Immersive Technical Training: To sell it, you have to know it. You will start in the field with our operations teams, learning the technical craft of roofing and flooring installation firsthand.
  • Relationship Support: Work directly with the VP of National Accounts to manage and scale long-term roofing and flooring programs for major corporate portfolios.
  • Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the New England corridor (MA, CT, VT).
  • Strategic Marketing: Assist in developing client-specific presentations, onsite meeting prep, and marketing initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain high levels of organization for client data, roof life-cycle tracking, and multi-site project coordination.
