About The Position

QuestMark Flooring is currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the Southeast region. This full-time position is primarily focused on marketing and developing relationships at the corporate retail level for our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring services. As a division of CentiMark Corporation, QuestMark Flooring has established itself as a national leader in the industrial flooring industry since 1968, providing comprehensive solutions for concrete floor needs across various manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for account development and territory expansion through a combination of existing account follow-up, cold calling, prospecting, and telemarketing lead follow-up. You will engage in target marketing and business development meetings to drive sales in various retail environments throughout the territory. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve direct communication with the design and construction branches of retail operations regarding concrete or epoxy flooring projects. You will also provide support activities for existing multi-million dollar accounts, which will include project meetings and account reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and acquiring National Accounts, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in concrete or epoxy flooring is required. Excellent communication skills, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also necessary, along with a valid state driver's license in good standing.
