Travel to and from customer meetings. Truck show planning. Door to door sales and cold calls. Customer follow ups. Assist with marketing growth, Facebook, Website, ect. Work with QC Shops to ensure customers are being serviced in a timely fashion. You will clearly communicate with customers and give progress updates in a timely fashion. Offer clear, quick, and timely communication with customers. Communicate schedules/capacity to customers to help them better plan their maintenance needs around Shop Availability. Work through Shop Capacity issues and assist in problem solving. (Shop Planner oversight) Oversee the Shop Networking process Work with various departments within the Quality Carriers, Inc. organization to troubleshoot any issues they may be having with specific shop locations and assist in bringing overall resolution. Developing a weekly newsletter that can be distributed to QRS personnel with various business updates. Advertising and Signage assistance. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong sales and customer service leadership abilities with a proven track record. Excellent team management Strong negotiation stills Preferred experience in CRM software, sales analytics, and Google Workspace Strong understanding of truck and trailer repair services, fleet maintenance, and industry regulations Proficiency in problem solving and developing effective solutions Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Microsoft Excel Frequent travel required Quality Carriers, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
