Position Overview The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating ZURUâs high-growth partnership with Target & Beauty Specialty, owning strategy and execution across Beauty, Personal Care, and emerging categories. With full P&L responsibility, this role drives commercial outcomes by translating insight into actionâshaping assortments, leading negotiations, and scaling winning brands. This position is one of the most pivotal in the organization to the success of ZURUâs growing Beauty vertical. In the past, those in this role have been responsible for planning the launches and early years of brands like MONDAY and Daise â both in Target and the US market as a whole. Target continues to be a priority partner for the business, and the Beauty KAM will continue to own a robust pipeline of innovation and brand launches. As the primary commercial partner to Target & Beauty Specialty buying teams, the KAM operates with an ownerâs mindset in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, and impact matter. Position Impact Short-term impact: The KAM drives immediate growth by executing on existing momentum, brand launches, and growth plans. Strong execution of retail strategies and merchant relationships leading increased space both in and out of aisle. Strong promotion plan. Long-term impact: By building a strong, data-driven partnership with retailer partners, the NAM helps position the company as a category leader, driving sustainable growth and brand equity. Strategic planning, guided innovation plans with NPD, and ensuring adaptation to stay ahead of retail trends ensure that the company remains competitive.
