The National Account Manager, Retail position is responsible for developing and growing relationships with existing and new accounts to drive sales and market share primarily within Hardware Co-Ops, independent hardware stores, and lumberyards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met through account strategy, planning, program alignment, dealer execution, and collaboration with internal teams. The position will take on other Ferguson brands where applicable. This is a fully Remote role and can be based anywhere in the continental US. Ideal candidate would be based in the Midwest, but not a requirement.
