About The Position

To thrive as a National Account Manager, you’ll bring a strategic approach driven by a passion for building strong connections. You will protect, maintain, and grow revenue across multiple accounts (national and regional). This role centers on building strong customer relationships, accomplishing growth initiatives, and collaborating across internal and external teams to drive profitable, sustainable results. You’ll serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and merchant partners assuring alignment, execution, and continuous improvement. Complete sales strategies, increase market penetration, implement growth initiatives and channel-specific marketing by building and managing relationships with key customers and sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and account activities.
  • Experience accomplishing sales strategies, driving market penetration, and managing growth initiatives across channels.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including channel marketing, product marketing, sales operations, field operations, supply chain, and finance.
  • Comfort analyzing sales performance against defined metrics, finding opportunities, and tracking progress toward goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience also accepted
  • At least five years of successful corporate sales experience with a track record of measurable results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including local and overnight domestic trips, and readiness to work flexible hours—including days, nights, and weekends
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and related applications.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to meet company motor vehicle requirements.
