About The Position

Frankston Packaging is expanding its sales organization and is looking for a National Account Manager focused on Frankston Flexible Solutions—our flexible packaging business unit. About the Role This position is ideal for a seller who understands application-driven flexible packaging and enjoys partnering with customers to deliver performance-focused solutions. You’ll manage national and strategic accounts, lead solution development, and collaborate closely with internal technical, estimating, RFID, and production teams. Frankston Packaging offers more than products—we deliver integrated solutions. Our flexible platform, combined with RFID expertise, allows our sales team to bring differentiated value to customers across food, consumer goods, and specialty markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in flexible packaging or manufacturing
  • Strong technical curiosity and solution-selling capability
  • Experience managing multi-site or national customer relationships
  • Organized, accountable, and motivated by measurable success

Responsibilities

  • Flexible films and stick packs
  • Shrink sleeves and specialty flexible formats
  • Pressure-sensitive, in-mold, and cut-and-stack labels
  • Integrating RFID technology where it adds supply-chain and retail value
  • Manage national and strategic accounts
  • Lead solution development
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, estimating, RFID, and production teams
