The position involves strategic account management, where the individual will own sales targets across assigned accounts. This includes selling new products to customers, conducting annual account business planning, and executing business portfolio strategies. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and direct execution of daily tasks to build a brand, utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities for both Lotus and the customer. The individual will build strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners to ensure effective execution and sustained growth. Additionally, the role involves proactively identifying areas for improvement or new opportunities within the customer base, growing distribution, optimizing pricing, shelf placement, and promotional effectiveness. The individual will also perform retail level store checks in all markets as needed to ensure the execution of initiatives and uncover opportunities. Representing Lotus Bakeries at retail meetings, trade events, broker meetings, and industry conferences is also a key responsibility.
