Imagine360 is seeking a National Account Implementation Specialist to join the team! This elevated role requires ensuring that all aspects of the new client onboarding process are completed successfully for our largest & most important National Account groups (i.e., 1,000+ EEs with complex product and vendor setups). This includes the completion of all internal documentation with applicable required data, determining how enrollment and eligibility information will be provided for new clients, and verifying and clarifying all information leading to preparation of new plan administration and benefits design. Close coordination with the assigned Relationship Manager on member education, client communication plans, and program analytics is critical to the success of this position. Communication with human resource professionals and broker partners must be frequent, skilled, and effective; National Accounts require a trusted advisor to provide them with consultative guidance throughout the onboarding process.
