We are seeking a strategic, consultative National Account Executive to drive national revenue growth and expand our RPO and Executive Search footprint across small business, commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy across our RPO and Permanent Placement solutions. You will engage senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders — including CHROs, Chief People Officers, and enterprise decision-makers — to position Tailored Management as a long-term, strategic talent acquisition partner. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development and partners closely with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and sustained growth.
