About The Position

St. Lucie Battery and Tire is seeking a detail-oriented National Account Data Processor to support our stores and fleet customers. This position focuses on entering and reviewing service requests, submitting them for approval, and communicating approvals back to our locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working on a computer throughout the day. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests throughout the day
• Clear written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Nice To Haves

• Office, administrative, or data-entry experience preferred (not required)
• Automotive, fleet, or service-industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from store locations
• Enter and submit requests through fleet and approval systems
• Monitor approval status and follow up as needed
• Communicate approval details back to store teams so work can proceed
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and completely
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Ask questions and escalate issues when something doesn’t look right
