About The Position

Meters Specialists are responsible for obtaining reads and importing them into our system for all NAS sub-metered properties. They communicate with the client or installer directly to resolve meter issues and gain access to their system. They review consumption to make sure we are within range of our expected recovery and pursue workarounds as needed.

Requirements

• Manages time and prioritizes tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of the NAS process
• Understanding of company purpose, goals, and objectives
• Good comprehension skills
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and accountable

Responsibilities

• Gather meter information
• Establish a meter connection
• Troubleshoot access issues
• Work with the Meters department to schedule site surveys and repairs
• Import reads into Yoda
• Perform a consumption analysis
• Estimate reads as needed and as allowed by state regulations
