The Nap Time Assistant plays a key role in supporting classroom rest periods by maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring active supervision, and assisting teaching staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and classroom procedures
• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the classroom
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 25 lbs] if needed
• Ability to supervise children both indoors and outdoors
