About The Position
A warm, professional family in Key Biscayne is seeking a highly experienced nanny/educator to support their bright and engaging 6-year-old child . This role is ideal for a confident, organized, and nurturing professional who excels at combining childcare with structured educational support. Schedule Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 5 hours Travel Domestic travel to California and Colorado Possible international travel of 2 to 4 weeks annually Compensation $45–$55 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities School pick-up and safe transportation Preparing healthy meals and snacks Supporting educational development through reading, books, and structured learning activities Creating engaging, enriching, and consistent after-school routines Encouraging language development ( Spanish strongly preferred ) Running child-related errands and handling returns as needed Household Environment Fully staffed home with a live-in property manager, housekeeper, and cook The nanny will collaborate with household staff while maintaining primary responsibility for childcare and educational support Ideal Candidate Very seasoned nanny with significant professional experience Fluent in English (Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred) U.S. citizenship required Comfortable with both domestic and international travel Organized, proactive, warm, dependable, and confident in an educational support role
